Hi, I’m Caroline
I’m an educator, coach and wellbeing strategist with more than 20 years’ experience in schools, and I’ve seen first-hand the pressures faced by students, teachers, leaders, and families.
Alongside my work in education, I trained in wellbeing science because I wanted to understand what truly sustains people - beyond quick fixes and one-off events.
What became obvious, over time, is the gap between what research tells us and what happens in practice. Too often, wellbeing is treated as something extra. But real change happens when it’s woven into everyday life.
Over time, I’ve learned that the real shifts happen when people strengthen how they connect with themselves and others.
That’s what opens the door to meaningful learning and development, purposeful leadership, and wellbeing that lasts.
Why Grow Daily™ exists
Grow Daily™ began from a simple belief: wellbeing shouldn’t sit on the sidelines. It’s not a poster or a quick fix - it needs to live in the daily rhythms of schools, families, and workplaces, and centre on what matters most: people.
We don’t bolt wellbeing on. We embed it. We make it practical, relational, and sustainable - so people can flourish, now and for the long term.
The Intelligence Pathway to Thriving
Grow Daily’s four capacities that sustain wellbeing, strengthen connection, and enable growth in any context.
Wellbeing Intelligence (WI) - the grounding capacity that builds health, energy, and daily rhythms to sustain us.
Emotional Intelligence (EI) - the relational capacity that strengthens how we understand, regulate, and connect with ourselves and others.
Learning Intelligence (LI) - the adaptive capacity that equips people with the focus, mindset, motivation, and learning skills to grow.
Thriving - the integrative capacity built on WI, EI and LI enabling flow, creativity, application (AI), contribution, and purposeful action.
What we believe
Wellbeing isn’t a programme - it’s a way of being.
Culture eats policy for breakfast.
Real growth isn’t always tidy - and that’s okay.
Busyness isn’t a badge of honour. It’s a barrier to being.
People don’t burn out from caring. They burn out from systems that make it hard to care.
